If you require refills on medications, please reach out to our office prior to those dates to allow her time to fill this for you.

A gentle reminder: Our clinic is not an acute or emergency care facility, and we’re unable to provide urgent or emergency responses through the portal. If you need immediate assistance, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Cancellation Policy Reminder: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this helps us best care for all of our patients.

The patient portal is designed for simple yes-or-no questions, clarification around your care plan, and support as guided by your practitioner. Please note that an active Remedy Pass Membership is needed to send direct messages to your practitioner through the portal.
